Clear before you join
Veda shows the broad eligibility, activity format, expected time and stated incentive before you apply. Selection is never guaranteed, and applying alone does not earn a payment.
Veda standards
The practical rights and protections every Veda respondent should be able to understand before taking part.
People before process
These commitments guide Veda’s product and operations. They are designed with established research ethics, accessibility and privacy principles in mind; they do not claim certification or replace the specific consent and terms for a study.
Veda shows the broad eligibility, activity format, expected time and stated incentive before you apply. Selection is never guaranteed, and applying alone does not earn a payment.
You choose whether to apply and may stop before submitting. You can request withdrawal from an application or study through secure support; IRA will explain any practical limits after participation is complete.
A reward is shown as paid only after Finance records the completed external transfer or gift-card dispatch and its reference. Veda separates review, approval, processing and paid status.
Only information needed for matching, research coordination, safety and approved payments is collected. Payout destinations are masked outside the Finance workflow, and Veda never asks for a UPI PIN, OTP, CVV or bank password.
Eligibility screen-outs and honest opinions do not reduce your standing. If a participation-quality decision is recorded, you should receive a plain-language reason and a route to request review.
You may request a reasonable accessibility or communication accommodation before an application, survey or session. IRA will confirm what can be provided without affecting the fairness of the research.
Account, privacy, payment, safety, complaint and appeal requests can be raised securely in Veda or by emailing support@insightfulresearchanalytics.com. Support requests receive a trackable reference.
Veda research participation must not be used to pressure you into buying, donating or sharing financial secrets. Report any message that asks for a fee, OTP, PIN, password or card details.
Raise an accommodation, privacy, withdrawal, complaint, appeal or safety request without sharing passwords or one-time codes.
