What the initial profile asks for
Contact details, state and city, date of birth, broad occupation, languages, available devices and participation preferences. Your date of birth is used privately to calculate your current age and apply study age limits. It is locked after confirmation; corrections can be requested through IRA support. Household income and payout details are not required at registration.
Why Veda uses this information
To create your profile, match potentially suitable research opportunities and coordinate applications or selected sessions. Registration and profile matching do not guarantee selection.
Study screener answers
Study-specific answers are used to assess eligibility for that particular project. They should not be reused for unrelated work recruitment or marketing without a separate purpose and permission.
Work with IRA
Permission to receive Work with IRA opportunities is optional and separate from research participation. Declining it does not prevent you from joining the respondent panel.
Payout information
Payout details should be requested only after a completed or approved activity creates a genuine payment requirement. Amazon Pay gift cards are emailed to your registered, verified email. Sent status records Finance-confirmed dispatch, not redemption or an Amazon account balance. Veda never asks for a UPI PIN, OTP, card number or bank password.
Correction, withdrawal and deletion
You can ask to correct your profile, withdraw optional permission or request deletion by contacting suraj@insightfulresearchanalytics.com. Some minimal records may need to be retained for approved payment, security, audit or applicable legal requirements.
External services
If Veda uses Google, Supabase, WhatsApp or another provider, the production notice should identify the relevant purpose and controls. Joining an external WhatsApp community must remain optional.
This notice should be reviewed whenever Veda’s database, processors, retention schedule or applicable legal obligations change.
