What account setup asks for
Contact details, state and city, date of birth, broad occupation, languages and one payout destination. Your date of birth is used privately to calculate your current age and apply study age limits. It is locked after confirmation; corrections can be requested through IRA support. Devices and participation preferences remain optional.
Why Veda uses this information
To create your profile, match potentially suitable research opportunities and coordinate applications or selected sessions. Registration and profile matching do not guarantee selection.
Study screener answers
Study-specific answers are used to assess eligibility for that particular project. They are not reused for unrelated recruitment or marketing.
Payout information
Account setup includes one payout destination so IRA Finance can verify it once and process approved incentives without asking again. You can add a UPI ID or choose Amazon Pay gift cards sent to your registered, verified email. An unchanged, verified destination can be reused for eligible incentives. Sent status records Finance-confirmed dispatch, not redemption or an Amazon account balance. Veda never asks for a UPI PIN, OTP, card number or bank password.
Access, correction and export
You can open a secure support request to ask what Veda account data is linked to you, request an export, or correct inaccurate profile information. You can also contact support@insightfulresearchanalytics.com. IRA may need to verify your identity before releasing or changing personal information.
Withdrawal, deletion and complaints
You can withdraw optional permission, request deletion, or raise a privacy complaint through secure support. Some minimal records may need to be retained for approved payment, security, audit or applicable legal requirements; IRA should explain any such limitation in its response.
External services
If Veda uses Google, Supabase, WhatsApp or another provider, the production notice should identify the relevant purpose and controls. Joining an external WhatsApp community must remain optional.
This notice should be reviewed whenever Veda’s database, processors, retention schedule or applicable legal obligations change.
